In honor of Verlaine and Evangeline’s story moving from the streets of NYC to the depth of Siberia we’ve decided to use some good old fashioned Russian vodka as the base for our ANGELOPOLIS specialty cocktail. Angelopolis (21+) In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 fresh blackberries. Add ice, 1 ½ oz of ice cold Russian vodka, ½ oz of elderflower liqueur (like St.-Germain), and 1 tsp lemon juice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass with ice. Top off with soda water and garnish with blackberries and lemon peels. Makes one cocktail. Drink Responsibly.
